*Returns require an RMA approval prior to processing. Packages without an RMA will not be processed.

REQUIRED - PROOF OF PURCHASE

If your product was purchased from one of N2 Design's authorized dealers, then please upload either a photo screenshot, or document of your proof of purchase. Your upload MUST show:

1. Where it was purchased (Company)

2. Items purchased

3. Purchase price

4. Date of purchase

5. Your shipping info (name, address, phone number, and email). 

 

Most times, this info can be found by doing an email inbox search using the name of the dealer and finding an email confirmation that has a "View Your Order" link. Click on that link (if applicable) to obtain the requested info above.

 

Failure to submit proof of purchase which clearly displays the requested info above (#1-5) may cause delays or even the omission of your entire claim submission.
