WHILE WE ARE HUMBLED FOR THE OUTPOURING OF SUPPORT, AND THE SPARRING OF OUR FACILITY, BUT WE WISH WE COULD SAY THE SAME ABOUT SOME OF OUR STAFF & THIER FAMILIES WHOM HAVE LOST EVERYTHING IN A MATTER OF HOURS. AS WE START TO MAKE SENSE OF THIS UNFATHOMABLE DISASTER, WE ASK FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE PATIENCE AS WE SLOWLY RETURN TO NORMALCY. WE WANTED TO MAKE IT CLEAR, THAT WE ARE OPERATING ON A VERY LIMITED CAPACITY AND IN RESPONSE, HAVE BROUGHT ON ADDITIONAL HELP TO ASSIST US IN EXPEDITING ALL SAID ASPECTS OF OUR BUSINESS OPERATIONS. THE FIRES STILL CONTINUE TO RAGE ON, AND EVEN THOUGH WE'RE IN THE CLEAR, FOR NOW, WE STILL GET SPORADIC REPORTS OF NEW FIRES & FLARE UPS THAT ARE EVEN MUCH CLOSER THAN THE DEVASTATING ONES THAT HAVE ALREADY RAVAGED AND DESTROYED OUR CITY. ALMOST DAILY NOW, HIGH WIND AND RED FLAG WARNINGS CONTINUE TO BE BROADCAST AND SO WHILE OUR COMMUNITY COMES TO TERMS WITH WHAT HAS JUST HAPPENED, WE REMAIN ON HIGH ALERT AND MAINTAIN OUR VIGILANCE ALL WHILE DOING OUR PART TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY AND STAFF IN PICKING UP THE PIECES AND MOVING ON. AS WE ARE VERY DISSPOINTED IN HOW THIS HAS AFFECTED OUR ABILITY TO LIVE UP TO OUR EXCEPTIONAL AND PROMPT REPUTATION, WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL THAT WE ARE STILL STANDING HERE AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY DIRECT LOSS OF LIFE CLOSE TO THE N2 FAMILY. WITH THAT SAID, ANY ORDERS RECEIVED WILL BE FULFILLED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE BUT DO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE BACKLOGGED WITH A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, AND EVEN MORE SO IN THE WAY OF OTHER DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS SUCH AS SUPPORT, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, RMA & WARRANTY CLAIMS. ANY ORDERS THAT WE RECEIVE, MAY EXPERIENCE A LITTLE BIT MORE OF A DELAY THAN USUALB EFORE THEY CAN BE FULFILLED AS OUR COURIER SERVICES HAVE ALSO HALTED THEIR DAILY PICKUP DUE TO THE LINGERING SMOKE IN THE AIR AND THE HAZARD IT PRESENTS WHEN CONTINUOUSLY INHALED. ANYTHING THAT IS TIME SENSITIVE, WILL HAVE EXCEPTIONS MADE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AS TO NOT WORRY. IF IT IS SOMETHING THAT CAN WAIT A WEEK OR TWO UNTIL THINGS GO BACK TO SOMEWHAT NORMAL, WE ASK THAT YOU REACH OUT TO US AT THAT TIME. AGAIN, WE'RE TRULY SORRY, HOWEVER, THE BEST SUPPORT WE COULD ASK FOR FROM ANYONE NOT DIRECTLY AFFECTED, IS SIMPLY, PATIENCE FOR US TO RESPOND BACK. WE ANTICIPATE (WITH GREAT OPTIMISM) A WEEK OR TWO MORE BEFORE WE CAN FULLY GET BACK TO REGULAR OPERATING CAPACITY WITH UTILITIES FULLY RESTORED. CURRENTLY, EMAIL IS THE BEST WAY TO REACHOUT TIME.
